土曜日は路麺の日
川崎駅へやって来ました。
I did Romen activity yesterday as usual because "Saturday is Romen Day". I took a train after my hair dye. I got off at JR Kawasaki Station. Why don't you follow the campaign?
改札前にそばじ、というお蕎麦屋さんがありました。人気です。
Just in front of the gate of the station, there was a soba noodle restaurant Sobaji. It looked popular.
珍しくバスに乗ります🚌
I took a bus, it was unusual for me.
浜町三丁目
I got off at Hamacho 3 chome bus stop.
ここです、浜そば。行きたい路麺リストに長年入っていました、って、あれ？？ちょうど閉店してしまいました。。。まだ12時半なのに。。。
This is Hama Soba. This Romen has been in my Romen to go list for years.
What? It was closed just before my visit unfortunately even though it was just 12:30.
もちろんバックアップは考えてますよ！さあ、ろかタワー散歩♪です。
I am a capable business person, of course, I had a backup plan. Let me start Roca Sampo.
こちらが多分、そのバックアップの予定だった いはら屋です。閉まっとるやないかい！Σ(ﾟДﾟ) ご縁が無かったようなので浜そばといはら屋は路麺リストから削除します。。。
完全に路麺難民です。
This is Iharaya that was a backup Romen, but as you see, it was closed too. It seems I have no connection with these two Romen, I removed them from my Romen to go list. I became a Romen refugee anyway.
もう今から遠くの路麺には行けません。と思って探したら近くにラーメンショップがありました！ラーショです！初ラーショ！ラーメンショップまるQです。これって直系？どうなんでしょ？うまいって書いてあるから直系？

I had no power to go to another Romen far from. I found Ramen Shop Maru Q in the area. I have never visited Ramen Shop and I am interested and have wanted to visit once. There are many Ramen Shop including official and copy in Kanto region. I am not sure if this Ramen Shop is official or copy. I guess this Ramen Shop got something approval from official Ramen Shop because there are "UMAI" phrase on the signboard.
もしラーショに行くことがあったら注文しようと思っていたラーメンがあるので左上の法則は無視します。
I didn't follow the upper-left theory that you should order the recommended food at upper-left. I have already decided what I order when I visit Ramen Shop for the first time.
味変要員
These are condiments adjust to your taste.
ネギラーメンです！
I ordered green onion ramen noodles. It was 950 yen, a bit expensive. Toppings were wakame seaweed, roasted pork, seasoned bamboo shoot, nori sheet.
おぉ～、スープは初めての味です。多分塩豚骨、加えて背脂。ネギは胡麻油にくぐらせているようでとっても良い香りがします。
The taste of soup was different from others I have ever eaten. I felt the broth was pork bone and vegetables. It was seasoned by mainly salt and put much buck fat. The green onions were lightly fried in sesame oil, it had sesame oil taste. It was so good.
まずニンニクで味変
I put grated garlic first. It made the soup rich and strong.
次に豆板醤
I put red pepper paste next. It made the soup stronger.
最後にすりごま
満足しました。ごちそうさまでした。
I put ground sesame seeds lastly. I was satisfied that I experienced Ramen Shop for the first time but I want to try another popular Ramen Shop once.
川崎市は工業地帯だったので独特の雰囲気です。
This area is industrial district. Kawasaki city has been developed by heavy industries, as you know. The atmosphere is unique.
JR鶴見線 浜川崎駅
I got to Hamakawasaki Station of JR Tsurumi Line. This was no staff station.
この写真を見たら川崎市が人口ランキング6位って思いませんよね(笑)
There are few trains in the noon on the schedule but fortunately I needed to wait around 10 minutes. From the picture, you don't believe that Kawasaki city is the sixth populous municipality in Japan.
