I have stopped my journey of dried soba noodles but I don't stop to try dried soba noodle products that I have never tried. This is Seiryu Toga Soba that I bought at the antenna shop of Toyama in Nihonbashi. This is produced by buckwheat and wheat harvested in Japan, and more than 50% of buckwheat flour, and produced by a company in Toyama.
This dried soba noodle had a unique formulation. The shape was like raw soba noodles. How does the company dry soba noodles? I am curious about the way they dry noodles.
I bought a spicy Japanese radish harvested in Gunma at the supermarket. It was more expensive than normal Japanese radish, of course. It was hard to grate it because of the small size of the piece.
I like cold soba noodles dipping into soba soup with spicy radish.
The texture and taste were not special. I would say that the taste and texture were like soba noodles at rest areas on highways. I enjoyed local dried soba noodles.
It was really tough last week and will be tough too this week. I do what I can do.
