I didn't Romen activity yesterday, even though a Romen Day.
I stopped by the antenna shop of Toyama in Nihonbashi during Roca Tower Sampo on the other weekend. I bought half-dried soba noodles and marinated firefly squid. I would like to support the local economy from Tokyo.
This half-dried soba noodles that are produced by 100% of buckwheat harvested in Yamada area, Toyama.
It was good but not better than I expected the texture. I assume that it is difficult that even half-raw soba noodle products keep the quality in the logistics. I need to continue my raw soba noodle journey.
This is the marinated firefly squid. It was so good with Japanese sake.
I didn't buy Japanese sake of Toyama at the antenna shop. I drank Daishichi, the popular sake in Fukushima. This is fresh, not sterilized and not diluted, and brewed by the traditional process as Kimoto. It had rich taste.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day.
