A blog friend of mine, fine-box-san weekly introduces sashimi bought at Kanda Store in Niigata. I always envy sashimi because of fresh and cheaper price. I found cheap sashimi of matsukawa karei at LIFE supermarket.
マツカワガレイって食べたことありますか？食感もよくて美味しい！えんがわも入っていて大満足でした。
Have you ever tried matsukawa karei? Probably, it was my first time. It was a different fish species with a normal flounder. It can be caught mainly at the ocean in Hokkaido. It was so good with good texture. And it also had engawa (fish meat at fin part), and it was also so good with super kori-kori- texture.
こちらは20％OFFで購入した切れ端刺身。これが予想以上に美味しかった！
This is an assorted sashimi, scraps of tuna and sea bream. I bought this for 480 yen as 20% discount price another day. It was better than I expected. Especially, tuna like fat tuna was melted in my mouth.
