大阪にいる時は蕎麦を食べません、GW中に我慢できずに家で家蕎麦。香川県のサンヨーフーズの剣山のそば。本当はうどんの方が得意なんだろうなあ。
During the Osaka stay, I don't eat soba noodles basically even though I eat soba noodles almost everyday in Tokyo. I was alone at noon on that day, I cooked soba noodles at home. Someone may think that I should do Romen activity in Osaka but I was not able to do that on that day because I was with dogs.
I bought raw soba noodles Kenzan no Soba produced by Sanyo Foods located in Kagawa, and Odashi (Japanese soup) produced by Oota noodle factory located in Matsubara city, Osaka. As you notice, the soup is Kansai style according to the thin and gold color. I tried to cook Kansai style soba noodles.

 
生そばを1分半茹でて、しっかりと冷水で洗います。このプロセスは温そばでも必須ですよ。
After boiling for one and half minutes, I washed the soba noodles carefully by cold water. This process is essential to cook soba noodles well. After washing, I put hot water onto the noodles to be rewarmed.

 
でも天ぷらが売ってなかったのでアジフライ蕎麦(笑)
I cooked hot soba noodles with fried horse mackerel topping. Horse mackerel tempura was better but there was not at the supermarket.

 
うんうん、まあまあ。ごちそうさまでした。
The chewy texture would come from wheat. The proportion of buckwheat is less than half but it was totally good.
