牛丼が食べたくなったので作りました。出汁を取って砂糖、醤油、塩、酒、にんにくで味付けをします。玉ねぎと牛肉を入れて、と。グツグツ。
I cooked a beef rice bowl on the other day.
I cooked soup base by fish broth and seasoned by sugar, soy sauce, salt, sake, and garlic paste. I put sliced onions and sliced beef into the soup and boiled several minutes.
出来上がり～♪
いや、正直コストと手間を考えると．．．
吉野家とか松屋で食べたほうが100倍マシ(笑) 味も．．．
I put that onto rice and put a raw egg and Chinese cabbage pickles. It was not bad but considering the effort and cost, eating a genuine beef rice bowl at like Yoshinoya or Matsuya is definitely much better.

The tutor of an online English lesson yesterday was from Palestine (pa-le-s-ta-in). This was my first time to talk to a Palestinian. I found her on the available tutor list, one question came to my mind, "Where do you live in now?". She lives in Egypt currently because she lived in Gaza, Palestine before and she had to leave there due to the war unfortunately, as you know. The world is not safe unlike Japan. Are you ready to be an International person who can live in another country?
