I visited THE RAMEN WAR in UNCHI Group, the famous ramen noodle restaurant chain in Osaka. The flagship ramen noodle restaurant is Human beings everybody noodles. I like ramen noodle restaurants of UNCHI Group. This was my first time to visit THE RAMEN WAR, I have just heard good reputations of this by my family.
価格帯は最近の人気店と比べるとお手頃。
I usually order the basic food of the restaurant in my first visit. The price range is affordable especially compared to recent popular ramen noodle restaurants.
最初は基本から、ということで鶏ガラとホタテのスープのピストルを注文しました。もちろんチャーシューは５枚。これって同額なのに５枚にしない人いるのかなあ？
Therefore, I ordered Pistol, the ramen soup cooked by chicken bones and scallops broth. I selected 5 pieces of thin sliced roasted pork. I am wondering if there is a customer who selected not 5 pieces of roasted pork although the price is the same.
お、これは美味しい！麺もツルっとしてサックリ。スープもホタテの苦み的な味がしっかり出ています。
It was very good. The noodle had crisp and smooth texture. The soup was also good with rich chicken flavor and appropriate bitterness from scallops.
無料の替え玉
I ordered extra half portion of noodles for free. I am wondering if there is a customer who doesn't order this although no extra charge.
餃子はしっかりとニンニクパンチ
ごちそうさまでした。
I ordered gyoza dumplings. A staff recommended me to eat this with salt to your taste. However, the gyoza had already strong taste, no need of salt.
