前回は白の巴、今回は黒の義仲です。
I introduced Shinshu Midaresoba Shiro-no-Tomoe before. This time, I introduce Shinshu Midaresoba Kuro-no-Yoshinaka.
かなり波打っている干しそばです。
You can easily imagine that this soba noodle has black color according to the title. The soba noodle has randomly wavy.
太いので茹で時間長め。
The boiling time is longer, more than 7 minutes, because of its thick shape.
鶏天そば
I cooked Japanese style fried chicken soba noodles.
うんうん、食感が独特です。次は港屋風そばを作ってみようっと。温そばよりもつけそばに合いそうです。
The soba noodle doesn't have rich buckwheat flavor but does have good texture. It was good. I will cook Minatoya inspired soba noodles next time because the texture suits tsuke soba noodles much more.
