アトレ川崎にあるビープルというオーガニックのお店で関西の母の味 かす汁を買いました。
I bought this a freeze drying Kasu-jiru, miso soup seasoned by sake lees (leftover from sake brewing), at Biople in atre Kawasaki.
フリーズドライです。
There were two pieces of freeze drying contents. I am not sure but one of them is miso soup and another is vegetables with sake lees.

It was really good. I was impressed. I gave this to my friends when the secret meeting at OHSPAT. I would be happy if they like it. I am pretty sure that kasu-jiru is the common cuisine all around Japan but it mentioned Kansai. Is kasu-jiru a local food in Kansai?
厚揚げと小松菜の煮物。美味い。ある日の晩御飯。
I cooked simmered fried tofu and komatsuna on the other evening. It was good and I believe that this food could reduce my body weight.
