I love soba noodles, as you know. I cook and eat soba noodles almost everyday even now, but I decided to suspend my journey of dried soba noodles because it is quite hard to find dried soba noodle products I have never tried at supermarkets. My regular dried soba noodle products are "Hachiwari Soba" produced by Yamamoto Foods corporation and "Togakushi Soba" produced by Shinshu Aburaya-Seiemon.
豚肉そば
Niku(pork) soba noodles.
かき揚げそば
Kakiage tempura soba noodles.
ねばねばそば
Neba-neba (sticky) soba noodles using grated yam, mekabu seaweed, and okura.
ごま汁そば つるやさん(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…
Goma-jiru Soba (cold soba noodles dipping to sesame soba soup), inspired by Tsuruya former existed in West Asakusa.
もずくそば
Mozuku, one of the common seaweeds in Japan, soba noodles.
おろしそば
お蕎麦は美味しいなー😋毎日でも飽きない。
Oroshi (grated Japanese radish) soba noodles.
I reiterate to say "I love soba noodles". I am not tired to eat soba noodles even everyday.
