10年くらい前によく行っていた、大阪駅前第3ビルの地下2階にある「踊るうどん」に久しぶりに行ってきました。ひめこさんおススメの新梅田食道街の鴨門とどっちに行くか迷いました～。

I visited Odoru Udon with my partner on the B2 floor of Osaka Station 3rd building in Umeda area, Osaka. I had visited there many times around 10 years ago. I liked udon noodles there very much and I wanted to eat udon noodles there again. I was supposed to visit KAMON at SHINUMEDASHOKUDOGAI, Himeko-san introduced on her Ameba blog, first. But my partner looked didn't want to eat soba noodles.
それなりに行列があったので接続して待って入店。
There were several people who were waiting in front of the restaurant. After waiting in the queue around 10 minutes, we entered inside. It was very hot outside yesterday as you know, we didn't want to wait outside. That's one of the reasons we selected this restaurant.
メニューはシンプル。生しょうゆ、ぶっかけ、かけを選んでトッピングを選びます。
This is the menu, you can select a type of udon noodles from cold or hot, and from soy sauce or strong soup or usual hot soup. And then, you can select toppings.
冷たい肉まいたけ天ぶっかけにしました。
We ordered cold bukkake udon noodles with beef and maitake tempura toppings. It was 1,050 yen. Additional toppings were grated Japanese radish, grated ginger, and sliced green onion.
このように冷たい濃いめのお汁をかけるのが、ぶっかけスタイルですね。
I poured cold strong soup onto the udon noodles. This is called Bukkake style.
もっちもちでつるっつる、大阪うどんとも讃岐うどんとも違う食感。やっぱり踊るうどんは美味しいです。
It was so good. The udon noodles had chewy and smooth texture, not similar with Sanuki udon and Osaka udon.
