山芋ステーキを作りました。

Good day.

I cooked yam steaks with soy sauce flavor. 

Add salt and black pepper for preparation on the cut yam. Put butter, garlic paste, small amount of mirin and soy sauce onto the pan.

シンプルですぐできます。美味しくてダイエットにもなる？かも。

Fry yam on medium flame for few minutes. Very simple recipe. It's ready to eat. It was good but less soy sauce would be better.

大阪の江坂にある、らーめん これこれに行ってきました。かなりお気に入りのラーメン屋さんです。

これこれは濃いめの醤油、それそれはあっさり白醤油、どれどれは濃厚味噌。こんかいはそれそれにしました～。美味いなあ。

I visited Ramen CORE-CORE at Suita area in Suita city, Osaka with my partner and older daughter during the summer vacation. CORE-CORE is one of our favorite ramen restaurants in Osaka. I ordered SORE SORE, it was 980 yen. They serve CORE CORE (strong soy sauce soup ramen noodles), SORE SORE (light taste white soy sauce soup ramen noodles) and DORE DORE (rich miso soup ramen noodles). SORE SORE is my partner's best. It was really good. Fried rice was also good.

これこれのそれそれを再現したくてラーメンを作りました。カルディでオニオンフライも購入して、出汁を取って砂糖を多めに味付けをしました。ちょっと味は違いますが美味しかったです。

I cooked ramen noodles that was inspired by Raen CORE-CORE. I bought fried onion at KALDI. I cooked the soup by mixed dried broth includes dried bonito, sardine, kelp, shiitake mushroom, and garlic. I seasoned the soup by kaeshi, salt, brown sugar (much more amount) and lard. The taste was different from SORE SORE of Ramen CORE-CORE but it was so good. I maybe should have added AJINOMOTO MSG (monosodium glutamate).

輸入ウイスキーを杉樽で寝かせているので杉の香りがします。お腹がいっぱいだったので居酒屋新幹線は無し。バー新幹線です。

I didn't enjoy Izakaya Shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo this time because I wasn't hungry. I cooked soba noodles at home. I drank REIJIN Kirigamine Craft Highball. The whiskey is imported from the UK and aged in cedar barrels for years. You can feel cedar nuance.

夏休みも終了。今週も頑張りましょう。

Was your Obon holiday good? My summer vacation was finally over. My summer vacation was very special because I walked dogs everyday during the vacation. Spending with dogs is precious for me.
