利根川商店 味噌だれの素

「これが東松山の元祖味噌だれの素」利根川商店の味噌だれの素を買いました。東松山っていうから愛媛県かと思ったら埼玉県なんですね。埼玉県の東松山市の名物が味噌だれを付けた焼き鳥のようです。

Good day.

I bought a miso sauce of Tonegawa Shoten. This seems their flagship product. Tonegawa Shoten is the company in Kumagaya city, Saitama, close to Higashimatsuyama city. I am not sure but there is many Yakitori (Japanese style chicken skewers) restaurants in Higashimatsuyama city and this kind of miso sauce seems to be essential for Yakitori in this area.

At first, I felt Higashimatsuyama is in Ehime, by the way.

焼肉・焼鳥・生野菜に会うようですが、味噌鍋を作ります。出汁を取ってから味噌だれを入れます。

This miso sauce seems to be good for grilled beef, pork and chicken, and fresh vegetables. However, I dared to cook hot pot cuisine using the miso sauce.

I prepared the base soup cooked by a dashi pack and put the miso sauce into it.

野菜と肉を入れて、

I put sliced pork, green onions, bean sprouts and sliced Japanese radish.

灰汁を取り除いて、

I removed unexpected products from ingredients, it is an important process to make a hotpot better.

ラードを入れて、

I put pork fat, lard, into the soup, it would make the soup richer.

七味を振って出来上がり！

Lastly, I put red peppers. That's it.

うん、美味しい

The hotpot cuisine was very good.

これは別の日、味噌だれの素を使ってホルモン焼きうどんを作ります。

Another day, I cooked stir-fried dish using the miso sauce. I stir-fried cabbage, green onions and beef offals with the miso sauce carefully on weak flame for minutes.

冷凍うどんをレンチンしてから入れます。

Afterwards, I put udon noodles, frozen ones microwaved for 40 seconds, onto that. Then, stir-fried that well for few minutes.

うん、美味しいでも三重県の亀八食堂の味噌だれには遠く及ばないなあ。。。とり野菜みそも試してみたいですが東京で見かけたことはありません。

The miso sauce is good but not good as well as the one of Kameyama dining. I would like to try Tori Yasai Miso but I have never found it in Tokyo.
