丸亀製麺の春限定あさりうどんを毎年楽しみにしているのですが、今年はGWには終了してました。。。残念。でも明太しらすおろしうどんも美味しかったです。

I had some plans in Osaka. One of them was Asari clams udon noodles of Marugame-seimen, that is the seasonal limited udon noodles in every Spring. I went to Marugame-seimen but unfortunately that was already ended this Spring. I ate hot oroshi (grated Japanese radish) and mentai (spicy roe) and shirasu (whitebait) udon noodles instead. It was very good.

I went to Ie-kei Ramen Minoh Shoten. Ie-kei Ramen is super popular ramen noodle jenre in Kanto area. Ie-kei ramen noodle is characterized by its strong, salty and oily soup.
Minoh Shoten is franchised under Machida Shoten, the big Ie-kei ramen noodle restaurants.

I ordered salt soup ramen noodles. It was 800 yen.
娘が、「(麺)固め、(味)濃いめ、(脂)多めが結局一番食べ易くて美味しい」っておススメしてくれたので、おススメに従いました。しょっぱくて脂っぽい💦
My older daughter recommended me to order "hard noodles", "strong taste" and "much oil". I of course followed her recommendation. The soup was too much salty and oily, at the result. I reiterate to say that I don't like Ie-kei ramen noodles.
若者がいっぱいで1時間待ちました。関東でも家系ラーメンは若者で溢れてますよね。家系ラーメンの何が人々を魅了するんだろう?良く分かりません。。。
We waited at least one hour because of its popularity. Most of customers looked like 20s. Why do Ie-kei ramen noodles attract people so much? What attract people so much?
