岐阜県の鷲見製麺所の無塩製麺そばです。鶴見のTOMIYAで買いましたが、ここの店員さんもマニアの心が全く分かってなかったです(笑)シールを表に貼らないでよ💦
Good day.
I am still on the journey of dried soba noodles. I always look for dried soba noodle products I have never tried, at a grocery store. I found this dried soba noodle product "Soba produced without salt" at Super Market TOMIYA in Tsurumi, Yokohama city. A register staff pasted a seal on the front of the package. He didn't understand the thoughts of geeks at all, I know most of people don't know.
This is produced by Washimi Noodle Factory in Gifu prefecture.

 
まずニラを茹でます。
I boiled Chinese chives in advance and washed in the water.

 
干した形状そのままの麺です。
The shape of the noodles remains its process of drying by hanged on a stick. I am sure that major noodle makers cut the edge parts off.

 
栃木県のご当地そば、ニラそばにしてみました。安い干しそばでしたが意外と悪くありませんでした~
I cooked cold soba noodles with Chinese chives, like a local soba noodles in Kanuma city, Tochigi prefecture. The dried soba noodle was ordinary but not bad for its price. This was around 100 yen in 250g. I know a proportion of buckwheat flour is lower but its texture and flavor were not bad indeed.

 
温そばにも合いました。
I cooked croquette soba noodles. This dried soba noodle was good for also hot soba noodles.
 
冬の定番、もつ鍋。
沢山ニンニクを入れましたが、本場博多で食べたもつ鍋と比べるとニンニクパンチが弱め。やっぱり生ニンニクが必要かも。
I cooked beef offal hot pot cuisine on the other day. A cooking knife makes my recipe expand and makes its cost lower. I put much amount of dried sliced garlic and pasted garlic but its smell of garlic was less than Motsu-nabe Oyama in Hakata, where I ate in Hakata at recently. I realized raw garlic is needed in delicious Motsu-nabe.

 
もちろん〆はラーメン🍜 うまし。
Of course, I cooked ramen noodles using the soup of the hot pot. It was very good.

This is Rum and Coke, TYB (TOMODACHIGA YATTERU BAR) brand of Don Quijote. Rum and Coke is popular in Central American countries. I will try real rum because a tutor from Equador recommended me Rum.

 
アサヒの富士山。スーパードライよりも苦い。
This is Asahi Fujisan brewed by only domestic ingredients. It had different taste with ASD actually, bitter than ASD.

 
焼酎ハイボール愛媛産晩柑。
TaKaRa Japanese spirit highball with Bankan (Japanese local citrus in Ehime prefecture). I didn't prefer this.

I had a dinner with colleagues from Singapore last night in Akasaka area. This kind of casual communication in English is the best practice to improve my English. I enjoyed the dinner and I drank a lot but I didn't take any picture.
I need to prepare my condition toward the important Nomikai tonight, by the way.
