Good day, I'm glad you're here.
I visited Masyuko's Buffalo Care with a friend of mine. It takes 5 minutes from Tokyu Ikegami Line Osaki-Hirokoji Station. This restaurant serves Kenyan foods. I think there are few Kenyan restaurants in Japan.

This is not only a restaurant but a place of culture exchange. It seems that you can learn Kenya Culture here. The interior and atmosphere was good. We felt African culture from the interiors and stuffs. And we took a sniff of some herbs, not common in Japan.

A Japanese staff said that Kenya beer is banned to import to Japan now. So, I ordered St. George Beer in Ethiopia. It was good with light and crisp taste. My friend, she ordered Carlsberg, a Denmark beer.

We asked the Japanese staff about their specialty foods in Kenya and recommendations. However, he gave us vague answer, he just said popular dishes.
It seems that he is a hall staff and two African women (probably from Kenya) cook foods. I have no idea a relationship between he and African women. We ordered grilled chicken and Samaki.

Samaki is fried white fish with herbs. These dishes were familiar taste to us. We shared foods each other. Every dish has rice. The rice was covered by almond powder. This is not Ugali, a traditional food in Africa, this is just rice unfortunately.
We visited here as like Izakaya but this is a restaurant just to eat, not place to drink for long time.
By the way, I made a reservation but I didn't need. No person here except of us.
I asked something about language. We heard that they were speaking in our unknown language, probably African language. They said they speak Kiswahili. They said Official language in Kenya is Kiswahili and English.
After being a regular customer here, I may be able to enjoy here about foods and conversations with them.

Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!
It was heavy rain yesterday. I didn't check but most of petals of cherry blossoms may be fallen down due to the rain.

Thermal power plant
Nuclear power plant
Wind farm (wind power plant)
Offshore wind farm
Wave farm (wave power plant)

As you know, developed countries have committed to shift to clean energy in near future to protect our Environment and deal with climate change. Japan is archipelago country, surrounded by ocean. So, literally, Japan should invest to build offshore wind farms and wave farms. However, it is really hard to build them and requires a lot of budget. And the return on investment (ROI) may be worse than nuclear power plant and Japan has invested to build nuclear power plants already. What are your thoughts which clean energy Japan has to invest to?
