【路麺の日】神奈川県川崎市 新八

H3ロケットの打ち上げが成功しましたね！それはそうと

「土曜日は路麺の日」

もう東京には行ったことのない路麺が少ないので、最近は神奈川県川崎市を開拓しています。

Good day, I'm glad you're here.

Congratulations!! H3 rocket, developed in Japan, was launched successfully yesterday. I watched this achievement on YouTube in real time. It was amazing! In the interview, Okada-san from JAXA said that a failure makes engineers more developed, learned and stronger.

By the way, "Saturdays are Romen Days". It is a very fun day but also I need to look for a Romen restaurant I have never tried. I explore Kawasaki city, Kanagawa prefecture, recently because there are many Romen restaurant acutually. I got off at JR Kawasaki Station. Kawasaki city is the 6th big population city in Japan.

仲見世通と銀座街。

Kawasaki area has some traditional shopping streets. I think you can enjoy to walk through both Nakamise Street and Ginza Street.

10分くらい歩いて到着しました。新八です。

I found Shinpachi, it took around 10 minutes from Kawasaki Station.

典型的な立ち食いそばです。お母さん二人のオペです。

The inside looks traditional stand-up soba noodle restaurant, there is no chair. Two older women were cooking to the order.

春菊天そば

I ordered shungiku-ten soba noodles, it was 450 yen.

うん、美味しいです。

これって冷凍麺かな？なんだかそんな気がします。もうちょっと春菊が苦かったら良かったんですけどね。ごちそうさまでした。

I would say it was not bad but not my preference. I felt the soba noodles were frozen professional use product. And I felt the soup was also cooked by the professional use product. The tempura seems to be cooked by themselves but the shungiku didn't have any bitterness. I mention my preference, I don't want to evaluate qualities of soba noodles of each Romen restaurants.

I dared to go into a sexy district. Are you interested in this area? It seems each sexual service shop provides different type of women, I am pretty sure you can find your preffered type of woman in this area.

本当に安いですね！ビックリしました。ドンキよりも安い。

Polnareff-san, one of my blog friends, entioned that OK STORE is cheap supermarket. He said truth. I confirmed this is cheapest supermarket! They are selling some whiskies for cheaper price than DON QUIJOTE. And there were various types of cheap lunch boxes for 298 yen.

Tama River. Rivers and lakes can make me feel exciting.

I tried to walk from Kawasaki to Kamata. It is far for walking. It was fine weather yesterday.

雑色で寄り道。なんだかいい感じの商店街です。

I walked through a shopping street in Zoshiki area. There are many independent small shops. In the past like Showa Era, this kind of independent small shops were common and main way of running business. However, times have changed. Some of them looked termination of their business.

大きな踏切が街を寸断しています。

The wide and straight, four railway lines divides the area. I took this picture while walking over the railway crossing.

偽風月(笑)

FUGETSU is the major Okonomiyaki restaurant chain in mainly Kansai area. I would say this FUGETSU is a fake.

JR蒲田駅まで歩きました～。遠かった💦

I finally arrived JR Kamata Station. As you know, Kamata is very attractive area but I went back to my town without any activity in this area.

鶯谷にもある信濃路がありますね。

There was an attractive Romen restaurant Shinanoji in front of the station. I think this is the related Romen restaurant in front of JR Uguisudani Station.

スマホをGoogle Pixel 7aに機種変しました。やすべえさんと同じ機種です。コスパ重視です。
I replaced my smartphone yesterday from Samsung Galaxy A41 bought on December 2020 to Google Pixel 7a. It was less than 50,000 yen, very affordable for its performance. In contrast, my family use Apple iPhone 14/14 Pro. Yasubee-san, one of my blog friends bought the same Android smartphone few months ago. We are matching!

By the way, I didn't install a pedometer app into my new smartphone, so I don't know how much steps I walked yesterday.
