豚バラと豆腐のしゃぶしゃぶ~♪
越後の自由人さんのブログで見て食べたくなり作っちゃいました。昆布出汁で作ります。ポン酢で頂きます。
Good day, I'm glad you're here.
I cooked hot pot shabu-shabu cuisine of pork bellies and tofu. I ate this with dipping into ponzu (soy sauce with citrus juice). I was influenced to cook this by the Ameba blog article of Echigo-no-Jiyujin-san.

 
〆はラーメン♪うまうま~
I cooked ramen noodles by the soup of the hot pot cuisine. It was really good. A hot pot cuisine and noodles are perfect combination.
 
美味し過ぎてまた作っちゃいました♪ 鰹+昆布出汁。
I cooked that again because it was really tasty.
I cooked the soup by only dried kelp before, but this time cooked by a dried kelp and dried bonito. Both was good.
 
今度の〆は味噌ラーメン。ちょっと味付け濃過ぎました💦
I cooked miso soup ramen noodles by using the hot pot soup but I seasoned the soup too strong.
