I often cook a hot pot cuisine in Winter and sometimes cook noodles in the hot pot soup later. I have choices that by raw ramen noodles, frozen udon noodles and dried ramen noodles. I bought NISSIN RAOH thick and wavy noodles for hot pot.
昆布鰹醤油系のしゃぶしゃぶの後に〆でラーメンをしました。うん、美味い！いつもの藤原製麺の〆の乾麺よりも良いかも。
I cooked shabu shabu hot pot with fish broth soy sauce soup and cooked ramen noodles later. It was good and may be better than dried ramen noodles for hot pot by Fujiwara Noodle Corporation I prefer.
