Good day, I am glad you are here.
Do you know Kasu? Do you know Kasu udon noodles? If you know, you would live in Osaka or other Kansai area, or you are a loyal reader of my blog. Kasu means fried beef offal, (not Chin-kasu), a traditional ingredient in South Osaka. And the stress of the syllable is on "SU", not on "KA". You can look for some udon noodle restaurants where serve Kasu udon noodles in Osaka. My wife bought me Kasu this Kasu that she happened to find at the grocery store. I would say that it's really hard to find Kasu at grocery stores even in Osaka.
She cut the Kasu and put them into a pack. And then, the kasu was kept in freezer. I brought it from Osaka to Tokyo, with ice packs.
Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed this post.
Have a nice day and enjoy a FriYay!
