兵庫県尼崎市にあるラーメン屋さん、麺屋Smileに行ってきました。ここは大人気店、桐麺さんで修行された方が独立したお店です。桐麺には行ったことがありますし良い印象があります。

I visited Menya-Smile with my wife, in Amagasaki city, Hyogo prefecture. This ramen noodle restaurant has opened since 2021, relatively new ramen restaurant. It seems that the master had been practicing at Kirimen, very popular ramen noodle restaurant in Juso area, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka city. I visited Kirimen once or twice in the past, and I remember ramen noodles of Kirimen was good. It seems Menya-Smile is popular, we needed to wait outside for around 20 minutes.
鶏魚白湯SOBAを注文しました。
I ordered chicken and fish rich soup soba noodles. It was 980 yen. It looks good.
かなり好みです！思ったよりもあっさりで魚介風味が強めです。自家製中太ストレート麺が良い感じ。ごちそうさまでした。
It seems that the noodles are made by themselves. The middle thick straight noodles had smooth texture. The mixed soup between chicken and fish was good. I like the taste of the soup and I prefer ramen noodles with onion topping like this. As you know, the area of ramen noodle restaurant is really competitive. There are a lot of good ramen restaurants in many regions in Japan. I won't visit there again any more. I prefer CORE-CORE and I would selected CORE-CORE when I would like to eat good ramen noodles. By the way, I felt the Menya-Smile has some problems of operation like long waiting time because the master chef cooks ramen noodles very carefully and well.

This is the Izakaya-Shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo. I wasted money a little recently, so I would like to save my money as possible. I bought cheap foods, Kimpa (a rice roll in Korea) and sandwich of fried minced meat with cabbage, mustard and mayonnaise. Regardless its price, these were good.
