Good day, I'm glad you're here.
I am still on a journey of dried soba noodles. I always look for dried soba noodle products I've never tried. This is Yamagata Ita Soba DEWAKAORI produced by Showa-Men corporation. I forgot a shop where I bought this.

 
三つ葉のかき揚げを作ります。ぽるなれふさんに頂いたてんぷら粉を使い切ってしまいました。
I cooked tempura by myself. I cooked Mitsuba tempura, Mitsuba is a kind of Japanese parsley which has appropriate bitterness. I finished to use tempura flour given by Polnareff-san finally. I will bought it again by myself.
 
この干しそばは普通。悪くないですよ。
The dried soba noodle was not special but probably be suitable with cold soba noodles.
 
うんうん、三つ葉のかき揚げも美味しいです!
Mitsuba tempura was good and good for hot soba noodles.
