まだまだ干しそばの旅の途中です。
新得そば 新そば、今年新得町で収穫された蕎麦で作られています。蕎麦好きにはたまらないスペック。

I forgot where I bought this dried soba noodle products. This is Shintoku Soba produced by just harvested buchwheat this year. According to the information on the package, this is produced by flour in Tokachi region, Hokkaido and buckwheat flour in Shintoku Town, Hokkaido.

山菜そばと鶏天そば。うんうん美味しいです。普通に(笑)
I cooked hot soba noodles with wild vegetables topping, and hot soba noodles with fried chicken topping. The dried soba noodle was not bad but didn't impress me.
 
山形県のアンテナショップで購入した初孫カップ。生酛づくりのカップ酒は珍しいかも。個性的で美味しいです。
I love Japanese Sake as you know. I got Hatsumago Cup at the antenna shop of Yamagata prefecture on the other day. All Hatsumago are brewed by a traditional process called Kimoto-Zukuri. The taste was unique and good.
