福島の干しそばです。見つけた時にはレジに向かってました。

パッケージによると、「尾瀬ヶ断ち蕎麦は、小麦粉・そば粉に食塩水を瞬間的に加水し、こねあげ厚麺帯を造ります。この厚麺帯を手で揉むように縦横に押し延ばし広げる独自の仕様で造りました。」ということです。ﾖｸﾜｶﾗﾝ💦

I found dried soba noodle product I've never tried at the supermarket somewhere, I forgot where I got. This is Ozegatachi Soba produced by Ikeda Foods in Fukushima prefecture. I was really happy to find this and took this to the register soon because I love dried soba noodles and I am still on the journey of dried soba noodles.
According to the explanation of this noodle on the package, the process is unique, adding salt water to wheat flour and buckwheat flour immediately and mix and knead to make dough.
実は遂に包丁を買いました。
Finally, I bought cooking knife at NITORI. This knife is made by ceramic, not stainless. It is not sharp very much but durable.
ネギを切りたかっただけ(笑) 今まではハサミで切ってたんですよね。やっぱりセラミックの包丁は切れ味悪いなあ。まあいいけど。
I had cut green onions by cooking scissors so far but I cut it by knife. This was what I wanted to do. When I cut green onions I realized this cooking knife is not sharp actually. But it is acceptable because of frequency of using.
醤油はいつもヤマサ。キッコーマンよりそば汁に合う気がしています。奮発して有機丸大豆の吟選しょうゆを買いました。
I usually use soy sauce by YAMASA. I feel the taste of YAMASA soy sauce is a bit more strong and sour than KIKKOMAN. I think YAMASA is better for soba soup than KIKKOMAN.
I usually use regular soy sauce of YAMASA but I bought premier soy sauce made by organic soy beans, this time.
金子半之助の揚げ玉でたぬきそば。
I cooked tanuki soba noodles by tenkasu(fried small flour balls) of Kaneko-Hannosuke.
美味しいですけど、この干しそばは冷たいお蕎麦の方が合いそうな気がしました。
It was good but this dried soba noodles could more fit with cold ones. The texture was a bit softer unfortunately. The boiling time of 3 minutes could make me imagine how delicate texture of this is.
ってことでもり蕎麦。うんうん、こっちの方が美味しい。
I cooked cold soba noodles by same one on another day. It was better.
お気に入りの鍋敷きに虫が湧いてしまいました。残念。
My pot mat was infested with small bugs. I decided to throw this away even though I like it. The pot mat was made by natural material, so it might be inevitable to be infested with bugs.
