Seekers for something tend to focus on whether its quality is high or not. Of course, I do, but I know this kind of tendency, I dare to buy a low quality dried soba noodle product sometimes although I know that. I would like to get rid of my bias to dried Japanese soba noodles because I am still on the journey of dried soba noodles. I want to treasure each dried soba noodles that I happen to find.
I bought Togakushi Soba produced by Masudaya Foods in Nagano prefecture.
原材料を見るとそば粉少な目。でも小麦粉由来の歯ごたえが良い感じです。蕎麦の風味もちゃんとあって悪くありません。そば粉の割合だけじゃないんだよなあ。干しそばの旅はまだまだ続きそうです(笑)
According to the information of ingredients, less buckwheat flour is included. But proportion of buckwheat flour is just one of the elements of good soba noodles. Actually, it has good crisp texture by flour characteristic and good soba flavor. It was not bad. Only ingredients are not defined its quality. It is the interesting point of dried soba noodle products.
