伊勢神宮に行ってきました。

特急に乗ろうと思ったらまさかの満席Σ(ﾟДﾟ)

仕方ないのでローカル線で2時間半かけて大阪から伊勢まで向かいます。遠い...

Hi there, how are you?

I had a day trip with my family to Ise shrine but unfortunately my older daughter didn't attend because of her job. We didn't book an express train because I didn't think every seat was full. Then, we took a local train from Osaka to Ise city station. It took about 2 hours and half. It was too far by local train and a bit tired, but fortunately we could sit the seat during almost the whole section.

We got off at Ise city station of Kintetsu railways.

参拝前に腹ごしらえ。伊勢うどんです。伊勢うどんって独特ですよね。やわやわ麺。

Before worshipping, we ate Ise udon noodles. Ise udon is unique udon noodle. The udon noodle has really soft texture and with strong soy sauce, not soup. I prefer ordinary udon noodles honestly.

やわやわ麺がすぐ切れるのでリフト写真が難しい。

It was hard to lift noodles because it was easy to break.

外宮を参拝しようと思ったら入り口で止められてしまいました。入口封鎖で多くの警察官が居ました。あれれ？

After eating Ise udon, we were going to Geku.

The entrance of Geku was closed. We were stuck in front of the Geku. There were a lot of police officers and police cars and security guards around there.

岸田首相の参拝日だったようです。

This was the day when the Prime Minister Fumio Kishida worshipped at Ise shrine. We happened to be there at the same time when he worshipped at Geku. We saw him. We felt he has an aura of leader.

外宮を参拝しました。

After easing restriction, we walked again and entered the Geku area.

We worshipped at Geku. Inside from the Torii, taking picture is prohibited.

御前酒は灘の白鷹。

The main sake to be served to god is Hakutaka brewed in Hyogo Nada.

外宮の後はバスで内宮へ。

After worshipping at Geku, we took a bus from Geku to Naiku.

参拝客の大行列です。左右は流れていてさっさと参拝できるんですけど、やはり中央でお参りしたいと思うのが人情。ガッツリ並びます。

Of course, there were a lot of people there. Side line was moving smoothly and central line was stucked. You can worship in the center and left and right, anywhere in front of the shrine but most of people want to worship at the central front of the shrine. Of course, my family did as well. We needed to wait in line more time. I am a reasonable person. If I was alone, I would wait and worship in the side.

From the stairs, taking picture is prohibited.

境内にはいくつかパワースポットがあります。この樹もその一つ。パワーを吸収してきました。

There are some sacred places called a power spot in the shrine. This tree is one of them. I absorbed a natural power from the tree.

三重と奈良の様々な酒も奉納されています。

Various sake brewed in Mie and Nara prefecture were served.

さあ、お参りの後はメインイベントの食べ歩き！そっちがメインΣ(ﾟДﾟ)

おはらい町をろか散歩♪

After warshipping, we enjoyed tabe-aruki, walk and eat in Oharai-machi.

さすが酒店だけに銘酒が揃ってます。

Morishita Liquor shop. You can drink and buy various good sake with delicious foods. You can buy Zaku, a popular sake in Mie prefecture, even special Zaku only for this liquor shop.

焼き牡蠣

Grilled oysters. It looked these oysters were steamed before grilled. I didn't drink beer and sake because it was too cold on that day.

I ate skewered thick beef tongue. My wife and daughter ate skewered Matsusaka beef. I love beef tongue, I like the crisp texture of beef tongue.

Okage Yokocho street. It is really famous street here, isn't it?

豚捨。豚捨なのに和牛専門店（笑）

この日はコロッケ販売だけでしたが、大人気で20分ほど並びました。寒かった((( ；ﾟДﾟ)))

Butasute, a beef meat shop and a beef restaurant. However, only croquette was available on that day. This shop was really popular, we needed to wait in line for around 20 minutes.

There is a discrepancy between their beef they sell and its name of "Buta(pork)".

It was good with slight sweetness but not special. Every croquette just fried is basically good.

コロナの制限もなく、おかげ横丁は大混雑でした。

Okage Yokocho was quite crowded.

It looked people enjoyed their new-year holiday without any COVID restriction.

若松屋の紅生姜天。これが大ヒット！美味い！

I bought benishoga-ten(fried fish cake with red ginger) at WAKAMATSUYA. It was really good. Do you like fied fish cake?

I didn't take a picture of the fish cake, so I put the official picture on the blog.

おはらい町に戻ってきました。

だんご屋でみたらし団子と黒蜜団子を食べました。

黒蜜団子はかりんとうみたいな味ですね～

We came back Oharai-machi.

We bought kuromitsu dango and mitarashi dango at Dango-ya in Oharai-cho.

Dango(rice cake) has soft texture. Kuromitsu dango tasted like karinto snack.

My daughter ate half-roasted beef sushi. She said it was good.

We arrived Uji-Yamada station by bus. 

行きの教訓を生かして事前に特急を予約しておきました～
We had a reservation of the express train in advance when we arrived Ise city station at noon. We learned from the lesson of our outward trip.

特急でも2時間、遠いなあ。でも疲労度が違います。

It took around 2 hours by express train from Uji-Yamada to Namba. But it was more comfortable than a local train.

自分へのお土産に伊勢ピルスナーを買いました♪カンパーイ♪

We bought ISE PILSNER as a souvenir for myself. It was a good pilsner.
