いつもの土曜日、ってことはいつものように、
「土曜日は路麺の日」
朝食はベーコンエッグレタスマフィン。
Hi there, how are you? How was your Romen Day? Didn't you do any Romen activity? Why? "Saturdays are Romen Days."
It was almost ordinary Saturday to me, yesterday. I woke up and washed my face. I cooked a bacon and egg and lettuce English muffin with VEGEMITE.
京成高砂駅まで来ました。
I went out to my haircut and hair dye. After that, I took a train and got off Keisei Takasago Station.
北出口から出てすぐに見つけました。新角です。しんかど？しんかく？
I went out the north gate of Takasago station. I immediately found the Romen house, Shinkado. I have no idea if the name of Romen house can be called Shinkado or Shinkaku.
見た目は典型的な路麺ですね！
It looks typical Romen house, doesn't it?
生麺茹で立てです！
Shinkado serves fresh soba noodles which they start to boil just after the order. So you need to wait several minutes until being served soba noodles.
こういうことを説明しないといけないのが残念ですね。文句言う人がいるんでしょうね。
This explanation was displayed inside. The explanation describes the reason that staffs don't ware a facemask. I understand there are some people who blame what staffs don't ware a facemask. I am disappointed the situation that the Romen house have to display this kind of explanation.
かき揚げそば。
I ordered kakiage soba noodles as usual. It was 480 yen.
お、これは美味しいです。
お蕎麦はかなりの細麺。生麺茹でたてなんですが、歯ごたえも残ってますし、蕎麦の香りも感じます。美味いな。お汁はカエシ強め。こういう蕎麦と出会えるから路麺の日がやめられないんですよね～。ごちそうさまでした。
The soba noodle was very good. The thiner soba noodle has crisp texture and soba flavor. The soup tastes strong soy sauce. The soba noodles were different from soba noodles of other Romen houses. I can't stop my Romen journey because I sometimes happen to encounter this kind of unique soba noodles.
自家製麺かと思ったら三松屋食品から仕入れているようです。
I thought the soba noodles was produced by themselves because of the unique texture and taste, but it was produced by Mimatsuya Food.
さあ、ろか散歩♪開始です。
I set a mandatory in my Romen Days. The mandatory is walking for at least one station before or after eating soba noodles. I call it as Roka Sampo. Let me start Roka Sampo.
I am not sure if Takasago area is in Tokyo or Chiba. I guess almost in Tokyo. This area is completely residential district, so it was boring Roka Sampo.

スーパーを見かけると覗いちゃいますよね（笑）ヨークマート。
I stopped by yorkmart under the Seven & i Holdings. I always stop by a super market I have never visited.
干しそばをチェック（笑）
I checked dried soba noodle products.
I bought Nihachi-no-Kiwami Premium New Soba that is a collaborated product by Obinata and Shuichi Ikemori.
これ、北海道産そば粉50%の冷凍そば。欲しかったんですけど家から遠いので諦めました。
This frozen soba noodle product attracted me. This was made by 50% of buckwheat harvested in Hokkaido. I didn't buy this because of far from my apartment.
青砥銀座通り
I continued Roka Sampo. I walked through Aoto Ginza Shopping Street.
青砥駅まで来ました。スーパー、寄っちゃうよね（笑）リブレ京成。
I arrived Aoto station. There was LIVRE KEISEI in front of Keisei Aoto station, located in the underpass of Keisei Railway.
もちろん干しそばをチェック（笑）千葉県の茂野製麺の干しそばが多いのは、このエリアが千葉県に近いからかな？
I checked dried soba noodle products here as well. yorkmart and LIVRE KEISEI, both had many dried soba noodle products of Shigeno Noodle Corporation, Chiba based company. I guess Takasago and Aoto are close to Chiba prefecture, so they sell more Shigeno's products. I bought one of them because I have never found it in my town.
天ぷらが豊富！羨ましい！
LIVRE KEISEI has various tempura. I wish there would have been LIVRE in my town.
鮮魚も豊富でした。羨ましい！
LIVRE has various fresh seafoods, even whale. I wish there would have been LIVRE in my town.
さあ、帰りますよ。
I went back my hometown by Keisei Railway.
お、ホームに三松があります。
三松は小規模路麺チェーンで、これまで泉岳寺、新橋、馬喰横山の三松に行ったことがあります。ここは未訪ですが、お腹いっぱいなので残念ですがスルーします。
There was Mimatsu in the platform of Aoto station. Mimatsu is a small Romen chain. I have been to Mimatsu in Sengakuji, Shimbashi and BacroYokoyama in the past. I already knew Mimatsu in Shimbashi moved to this platform. I have never eaten soba noodles at this Mimatsu but I couldn't eat because I was full. As I touched on that Shinkado purchases soba noodles from Mimatsu Food, I guess Mimatsu Food is the owner company of Mimatsu.
