生もずく、生じゃないもずくが何かは知りませんけど、生ってワードに惹かれて買っちゃいました。

The strong earthquake occurred last night. It would be OK, if tsunami won't hit to coasts. Are you OK, if you live in Tohoku region.
I like mozuku seaweed. I happened to find non-processed mozuku seaweed at the grocery store. After considering several seconds, I put this into a shopping plastic cart.
It seems the mozuku was harvested at the ocean in Okinawa prefecture. And it was never frozen during shipping.
生姜とポン酢で頂きます。美味い。
やっぱり生は違うわ～♪
Mozuku with grated ginger and ponzu sauce. It was very good. I didn't notice the difference between processed and non-processed mozuku except of sticky texture.
もずく蕎麦。美味い。

Soba noodles with mozuku and tenkasu. I always describe the meaning of Japanese words in English but it might not be needed. Mozuku is mozuku and tenkasu is tenkasu, is that right?

Freshness is one of the important elements for Japanese sake. I prefer fresh sake without heat sterilization. Sawanoi sake brewery is located in Tama city Tokyo. This JUNMAI NAMAZAKE of SAWANOI was just brewed in February. To be honest, ICHINOKURA JUNMAI NAMAZAKE was better.

Have you heard Mardi Gras Festival? It is known as Carnival in New Orleans. I think Yanagibashi-san knows that. I am sure most of Japanese people don't know the religious background of Mardi Gras, though.
Many countries remove most restrictions and open the border. World deem to define current coronavirus doesn't deserve too much fear compared with wuhan to delta variant. Yesterday, Japanese government decided to remove the aggressive strategy for prevention of COVID-19 in 18 prefectures. I am sure people already realized that this strategy doesn't matter. Why does everyone too much concern about common cold caused by current coronavirus variant? Of course except of elderly people and patients with comorbidities. We have effective vaccines and some medicines (cannot be said as enough). We need to have open discussion based on the evidence we have so far.
By the way, my company decided to start business trips abroad again. People in other countries try to get back normal life.
