家そばの汁をもっと美味しくしたい！ってことでとうとう買っちゃいました。笊と鰹節（笑）。ヤマキのかつお厚切りです。
Hi there, how are you?
I aim to improve soba soup I cook. I have to move forward to next stage. I bought thick sliced dried bonito of Yamaki. And I bought a stainless strainer at the 100 Yen shop.
500mLのお湯に適当な量の厚切り鰹節を入れて10分間出汁を取ります。
I cooked a dashi soup. I boiled several mount of thick dried bonito into 500 mL hot water for 10 minutes.
笊で濾して出汁は準備OK。
I filtered the dashi soup by the strainer.
かえしは40mLのヤマサの本醸造醤油、10mLの本みりん、小さじ3杯のブラウンシュガーで作ります。火にかけて沸騰したらすぐ止めます。
I prepared Kaeshi by 40 mL soy sauce, 10 mL mirin(sweet sake) and 3 tea spoons of brown sugar. I stopped the flame when just boiling.
完成！
う、美味いやないかい．．．キリっと辛口でほのかな酸味、ほぼ理想のお汁に近いです。素人にはこれ以上の工夫はないかなあ。ってことでレシピが完成しました。お客様に提供できるクオリティと思われます。お客様って誰よ（笑）
The soba soup I cooked definitely moved to next stage. The soup has strong dashi flavor, dry taste and appropriate sourness. The taste is almost close to my destination. I almost drank the soup. The quality of the soba soup deserves to serve customers at a restaurant.
でも麺リフトはまだまだです。日々是練習です。
コスパってどうなんでしょうね？だしパックの方がやっぱりかなりお安いですね～。でも味は全然違いました～。
But the quality of lifting noodles are not well. I always practice to lift noodles when I eat soba noodles. I am not sure the cost per performance of dashi. Bonito dashi pack of Ninben has 7 packs, and 278 yen. Thick sliced dried bonito of Yamaki contains 80 g and 500 yen. Yamaki's one is expensive but the taste is much better.

Joe Biden Defeats Trump in US Election.
As you know Joe Biden, past vice president, won the presidential election in the United States. He has secured at least 270 Electoral College and will become to be the 46th president of the United States. But Trump claims a cheat of counting votes and takes legal action against the court. He aims to delay in counting votes because if the counting isn't finished until next two months he has slight possibility to secure his presidential position.
I can't understand, I think most of Japanese wouldn't be able to understand, why almost half of Americans still support him. His talkings, tweets and behaviors are out of traditional politicians.
incumbent : currently having an official position in politics
ballot : a piece of paper on which you write who you are voting for
concede : to admit that something is true or that you have lost a game, election, etc.
fraud : a crime that involves cheating, usually to benefit financially
