今年もとれたてホップの季節がやってまいりました！毎年楽しみにしています！この時期だけの爽やかなビール、今年も美味しかったです！
普通のビールはペレット状の乾燥ホップを使って醸造しますが、とれたてホップは収穫したてのホップを凍結乾燥させたものを使って醸造します。

I bought KIRIN ICHIBAN SHIBORI TORETATE HOP 2020. I look forward ICHIBAN SHIBORI TORETATE HOP in this season every year. The TORETATE HOP is brewed by fresh frozen hops compared with ordinary ICHIBAN SHIBORI brewed by hop pellets. It was really good but there are lots of good beers recently. The first TORETATE HOP was brewed in 2004, this was very special probably in the beer market in that year. However, it might not be even special now.
新潟県に旅行に行ってきました。
プロペラ機のボンバルディアです！席数が少ないにも関わらず空席が目立ちました。まだまだ影響は残ってますね。
My wife and I visited Niigata prefecture. We took the Bombardier Q400 to Niigata airport. I know someone feel fear to Bombardier. The flight I booked was cancelled twice. Though flights to Niigata airport were few and it was a small Bombardier, there were many vacant seats. Bad effects of coronavirus pandemic is still remained.
By the way, thank you my daughter for acceptance of this travel. She took care herself and Roux and Nuts. And she went to school yesterday without mother's support. We appreciate that.
大阪伊丹空港から約1時間、新潟空港に着きました。新潟といえば米処、酒処、空港に酒樽が沢山ありました！
We arrived the Niigata airport, it took around 1 hour from Itami Osaka airport. There are many Japanese sake breweries in Niigata prefecture. There were many Sake barrels in the airport, and some of them are really popular in Japan, such like Hakkaisan, Kirinzan, Kikusui, etc.
新潟空港から新潟駅までバスで25分です。
新潟旅行の続きは明日以降に書きます。
We took a bus from Niigata airport to Niigata station. It took about 25 minutes. I will post an article about the trip to Niigata prefecture later.
