山形ラーメンが食べたい！(・∀・)
ってことで調べて行ってきました。秋葉原の田中そば店です。

I have wanted to eat Yamagata ramen noodles because a blogger Ryuntaro-san introduces looks delicious Yonezawa ramen noodles. I googled Yamagata ramen noodle restaurants in Tokyo. I decided to visit Tanaka Soba Shop in Akihabara even though the governor of Tokyo is asking citizens to stay at home due to coronavirus during this four-day weekend.
秋葉原に来ると僕でもモテるんですよね。
僕のメイドさんたちが次々に声をかけてきます。モテモテじゃん！僕モテモテじゃん！( *´艸｀)
さあやってきました田中そば商店です。
There are a lot of standing young women who wear a maid costume in Akihabara area. They call to pedestrians for catching them to their maid cafe.
I walked through the street while ignoring maids' call. I found Tanaka Soba Shop. The shop has 4.1 Tabelog point. I expected good ramen noodles.
キャッシュレスは嬉しいですよね。もちろん初来店なのでメニュー一番右の中華そばを注文しました。
It is good you can buy a order ticket by PASMO or something like that. More shops need to install this kind of cashless system. I ordered standard ramen noodles.
見て下さいこのクリアなスープ。チキンと魚介かな？味わい深くて優しくて意外とオイリーです。
The soup looks really clear. It tastes very good with chicken and fish based tastes, propably. The taste is mild but also enough oily.
麺がつるし子です、いやツルシコです。
でも山形ラーメンと米沢ラーメンは全然別モノなんですね。僕がブログで見ている米沢ラーメンはもっとウェーブした麺なんです。これはこれで美味しいですが。
The noodles are also very good. They have smooth and hard texture. But they are straight noodles unlike my expectation. I realized that Yamagata ramen noodles and Yonezawa ramen noodles are different. Yonezawa ramen noodles were wave noodles according to the blog articles of Ryuntaro-san.
途中で特製唐辛を入れて味変。スープが力強くなりました。
After I ate half, I put the special red pepper onto the noodles to change the taste of soup.
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした(-人-)
The taste of the soup becomes stonger and hotter. I found heart shaped sliced green onions. Totally, Yamagata ramen noodles were really good.
うなぎ神田きくかわの前に大行列。有名店なのかな？昨日土用の丑の日でしたしね。
It was a Doyo-Ushi Day, yesterday. There were a lot of waiting people in line in front of Eel restaurant, Kanda Kikukawa. I am not sure but Kikukawa would be a popular Eel restaurant.
この大行列に触発されてスーパーでうな丼を買ってきて家で食べました。 店で食べろよ(笑)
This scenery inspired me to eat eel, so I bought eel rice bowl at the grocery store. I doubt eel has plenty of nutrition to get over the tired in the summer.

Yesterday's DMM English lesson review.
I took a lesson by a teacher from Suriname. Do you know Suriname? Do you know where Suriname is located? I didn't know that. Suriname is a South American country, one of the Caribbean countries. The population of Suriname is only 600,000 even though the land scale is half of Japan. There are only 11 Japanese people in Suriname and only 7 Surinamese in Japan.
He said Suriname is a multi-culture country. There are three official languages, English, Dutch and Sranantongo. His mother tongue is Dutch. He has taken classes in Dutch until when he was a junior school student. But some classes were provided in English in high school. Suriname had been a colony of Dutch but was independent in 1975.
I asked him the difference of culture between Suriname and Guyana. Guyana is a next country to Suriname. He said they have different culture and history in terms of race and language. People in both countries can move beyond the boundary freely because both countries join CARICOM. Do you know CARICOM? CARICOM is the Caribbean community including 20 countries.
I enjoyed culture exchange. Online English lesson is really good opportunity to improve English conversation skills and to know a culture in various countries. But I was able to understand just roughly what he was saying. I need to improve my English conversation skills more.
