家にいると楽しみが少ないですよね。美味しいものを食べるのが家での楽しみの一つですが、僕にとっては料理も気分転換の一つだったりします。大したもの作ってないですが(笑)

I think a lot of people are trying to stay at home as possible due to spreading novel coronavirus. Delicious foods is one of fun at home obviously. For me, cooking is one of fun thing definitely. But I can cook only simple cuisines.
I cooked Sukiyaki, a gorgeous food, to up my mind against this serious situation. I of course put tofu into Sukiyaki while eating. It was very good.

I cooked Thai curry with a beef patty and broccoli. This beef patty is Marushin Premium Hamburg. It is slightly expensive and delicious more than original one.
もちろん、おそばを作ったり(笑) おそばは欠かせません。路麺に行けない代わりに家そばですね。
It is necessary to cook Japanese soba noodles for me. A soup I cook is getting better recently, so I want to serve Japanese soba noodles to my family once. Instead of Romen activities, I eat soba noodles at home.
でもずっと家にいて食べ続けたら太るのでカロリー制限も必要ですよ～( *´艸｀)
To stay at home all day long could make our body weight increase because shortage of exercise or walking. Of course, I need to keep my body weight because I want to be an attractive middle aged man. I continue to replace calorie from carbohydrate to protein in every lunch. I eat boiled chicken almost every lunch time regardless a place I eat.
明日は在宅か出社かどうしようかなあ。年度初めだしなあ。年度初めって英語でなんて言うんだろう？

I can't decide to work at office or from home tomorrow yet. The 1st April is a start day in the fiscal year in Japan. I should work at office if I follow the Japanese historical habit.

Today's topic was "How to spot fake news?"
Elderly people are more likely to believe and react fake news from the internet because of lack of IT literacy. Young people might be smarter than you assume about ignoring fake news.
I got a fake news from one employee. He said that the governor of Tokyo would announce Tokyo Lock Down tonight. However, eventually she only asked citizens not to enjoy night activity such like night bars, karaoke and, (though she didn't mention) sexual services. We should not too react to these kind of fake news. But I reacted a little, I am sorry.
