でももちろん路麺活動してきましたよ、だって
「土曜日は路麺の日」だから！ｼｯﾃﾏｽｶ？
岩本町の味自慢でげそ天そばを食べてきました。久しぶりです。
Hi there, how are you?
It was so colder today than yesterday. It was raining and sometimes snowing in Tokyo. But of course, I did Romen activity today because,
"Saturdays are Romen days". There is no argument about that.
I ate geso-ten soba noodles at Ajijiman in Iwamoto city area. It's been a long time since I visited Ajijiman before, the last visit was almost 1 years ago. Ameba blog is a kind of my diary, so I can check the history of Romen activities.

味自慢ではげそ天そば一択です。粗切り唐辛子をかけて頂きます。
Of course, I ordered geso-ten soba noodles. I don't have any choice except of geso-ten soba noodles at Ajijiman. I am always happy that the restaurant has rough cutted red pepper. I put it on the soba noodles.
このお店では割りばしタワーの前で麺リフトをしないといけませんよ！

You need to take a picture of lifting noodles in front of the tower of chop sticks. I don't know what do I call a waribashi in English. Disporsable wooden chopsticks? Is that right?
いや～美味い、まじ美味い。
味自慢を選んだのには訳がありまして、僕の味覚をリセットして標準に合わせ直したかったんですよね。最近だしパックで作ってるお汁と味自慢のお汁を失礼ながら比べてみたかったんです。もうね、全く別物。味の濃さではなく、おそらく厚切り鰹節からくる心地良い酸味が全く違いますね。目指すゴールは遠いなあ、って別に極める必要あらへんがな。
Ajijiman is one of my favorite Romen stand-up soba restaurants. The reason why I visited Ajijiman today was I wanted to reset my sense of taste about soba noodles. I wanted to compare the soba soup between the soup of Ajijiman and the soup I cooked. The soup of Ajijiman was really good. It was completely different from the soup I cooked. I felt an appropriate sourness from the soup of Ajijiman. I assume the sourness of the soup would be came from good thick sliced dried bonito. The goal of cooking good soba soup is still too far.
