なので英語だけでブログをアップします。すいません。レシピを英語で書くことで英語表現を拡げたいなあって感じです。
Hi there, how are you? This time, I try to write a recipe and a way of cooking because I want to expand my expression. I don't have enough time to write this article because I had a drinking party tonight. So, I am sorry I am writing this article only in English.
I don't have a cooking knife because of my mixed feeling. It is difficult to throw a knife away basically, it makes me difficult to back to Osaka for me. I am worried too much.
I cook various cuisines without a cooking knife. I can do because there are various pre-cutted ingredients at grocery stores. I would like to introduce one of my recipe. I am not sure the exact name of the cuisine, is it a tomato stew?

Ingredients, 1 serving
- around 100g chicken fiilet
- several pieces of sausage
- several pieces of broccoli; frozen one is OK
- 200 mL tomato juice
- a proper quantity of dried instant consomme soup
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt as required
- black pepper as required
- a small amount of garlic paste

Let's get started cooking!
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium flame and add chicken fillets, sausages. If the surface of chicken get brown, add broccoli.

After roasting several minutes, put chicken, sausage and broccoli into a pot. Add tomato juice into the pot, bring the mixture to a boil on low flame.

Season it with a proper quantity of salt and black pepper. And add a garlic paste as required. I put 1.5 cm tubed garlic paste. Simmer for around 10 minutes.

Serve into a dish.
Putting beans, potatoes or carrots would be good if you want. I can't because I don't have a cooking knife.
明日も頑張りましょう。
Thank you for reading.
