Hey guys, how are you? How is your FriYay night? I am going to Osaka just now. I am writing this article on the bullet train.
I drank a seasonal limited beer, SAPPORO from Mr Osumi's hop farm in Kamifurano.
そんなにホッピーなタイプではなくて
クリアで飲みやすい普通のビールでした！
The beer had clear taste with hop aroma. But it was not hoppy beer.
いつものように新幹線に乗る前に路麺ですよ。ゆで太郎で冷やしげそ天そば。
I did a Romen activity before my bullet train departure, as usual. I ate cold geso-ten soba noodles at Yudetaro this evening.
昨日、ブロ友さんに麺リフトの極意をレクチャーして頂きました。どうですか師匠？
Yanagibashi-san gave us a lecture about lifting noodles last night. I forgot some things what we were talking about. But I completely remembered this lecture. I need to twist noodles by chopsticks. How is my noodles lift?, Master Yanagibashi-san. By the way, the soba noodles of Yudetaro were really good. I think it is better than other non-chain stand-up soba restaurants.
Next week is my summer holiday. But I don't have any special plan.
