「土曜日は路麺の日」
3連休ですが行ってきましたよ♪

'Saturdays are Romen days'
I did Romen activity in spite of three days holiday.
出掛けたら雪がちらついていました。さっむ~
It was snowing a little in Tokyo. It was too cold.
人形町駅で降りました。確か去年の12月にも「きうち」にげそ天そばを食べに来た時に人形町で降りました。
5分ほど歩いて福そばに到着。外観は立ち食いそばではなく本格的な蕎麦屋さんのように見えます。
I got off Ningyocho station. I also got off this station when I visited Kiuchi standing soba restaurant December last year.
I found Fukusoba, it took 5 minutes from the station. The outside of the restaurant looked kind of genuine Japanese soba restaurants.
入ったら立ち食いそば(笑)でも綺麗で狭すぎず良い感じです。
The inside was also good. Clean and not narrow.
券売機で天ぷらそばの食券を購入。430円でした。
I bought a food of tempura soba noodles ticket at the vender machine. It was 430 yen.
で、好きな天ぷらをこの中から選べるシステムのようです。僕は春菊天にしました。
You can select your favorite tempura. I chose a shungiku tempura.
注文を聞いてから生蕎麦を茹で始めていました。これは期待できますね。ワクワク
で数分後に着丼。見た目は普通です。
Several minutes after the order, shungiku-ten soba noodle was served. Looks ordinary. Chef started to boil raw soba noodles after the order. I expected the quality of soba noodles.
むむぅ、これは美味しい。予想よりも相当美味しいです。お汁も少し酸味があるキリっとシャープな結構好きなタイプです。
温かくなったら冷たい蕎麦で頂きたいですね。
The soba noodles were really great. I wanted to eat the noodles as cold soba noodles on warm season. And the soup was also good. I prefer the soup because it had good dried bonito flavor and appropriate sour taste. The quality was fantastic than I expected.
お客さんは僕以外は皆さん近所の常連さんのようでした。でもその会話で気づいたんですが、お店を切り盛りしている男性と女性の店員さんがお二人とも中国人でした。ビックリ。これだけ美味しい蕎麦が作れるんですね~。
All customers except of me seems to be regular customers in neighbor. They talked to the two chef, man and woman. I realized that both chef were chinese. I was really surprized the fact this high quality soba noodles were made by chinese people.
今日は寒すぎるのでRoux散歩は無し。さ、勉強しよう!
I didn't walk around because it was too cold. I'm going to start studying right now.
