昨日は大阪で仕事していました。大阪で働いているときには肉そばが大好きでよく注文していたんですよね。肉そばは煮込んだ牛肉を乗せた日本そばです。これって当たり前のメニューだと思ってたんですがそれほど一般的な蕎麦ではないんですよね。実は東京に出てくるまでは知りませんでした。

As I wrote yesterday, I was working in Osaka, yesterday.
I ate Niku soba noodles, yesterday. I like Niku soba noodles, I often used to order Niku soba noodles at Japanese soba noodle restaurants when I was working in Osaka. Niku soba noodle is Japanese soba noodles with sliced beef and sliced onions.
I didn't have any doubt that Niku soba noodles were common when I was living in Osaka, but I realized it is not much common except of Osaka recently.
大阪にいるときには何の不満もなかったんです。実際美味しかったですし。でもやっぱり東京の路麺を知ってからは、路麺LOVEですね、特にげそ天そばなどはとても魅力的だと思います。
I've been satisfied Niku soba noodles in the past, but these were quite different with traditional Japanese soba noodles in Tokyo, particularly in the soup taste. The Niku soba noodles were good, but I prefer geso-ten soba noodles at romen soba noodle restaurants.
東京と大阪の蕎麦の違いを再認識しました。
I re-recognized the difference the taste of Japanese soba noodles between in Tokyo and Osaka.
