My English listening skills has still not been improved well even though opportunities to use English are getting increase recently. How shoud I do an additional practice to improve my listening skills?
I bought a dried Japanese soba noodle at grocery store. I want to try various kinds of soba noodles because I basically get tired of eating same food and drink. I bought Komoro Shichibee in rural area of Shinshu. What's Momikiri-uchi? I don't know that.

今日は舞茸天そば。
I cooked maitake-ten soba noodles today.
家でもどこでも麺リフト。誰も見てなくても麺リフト。あ、皆さんが見てくれてますね！（笑） どうですか？いいリフトですか？この点はご意見大募集中です（笑）
何だか駅そばのような懐かしい風味を感じました。たまにはいいかもね！ごちそうさまでした。
I felt the soba noodles' taste traditional noodles of in a station. It was good because I didn't have high expectations about the noodles.
I added bonito powder into the Soumi soup. The soup was good.

Today's DMM lesson's review.
I think the course to learn cooking American cuisine in English is really good. Students would have to ask something to cook propery in English. So the course is definitely good practice to cooking as well as learning English. Maybe, I need some opportunities to learn something in English with others.
