Today's DMM lesson review.
I keep in mind to take less carbohydrate at dinner for a decade because taking a lot of carbohydrate make my body weight increase for middle age man. I want to keep being an attractive man, so I have to keep my body weight.
By the way, I had two online meetings with global colleagues today. I felt frustrated that I couldn't communicate enough in English. My business capability tend to less in English. My big boss will change from Japanese to British person. I will have a meeting with her day after tomorrow. I am afraid of that.
