今大阪に帰ってます。いつものように帰る前に新橋に立ち食いそばを食べに寄ります(笑) 今日は新橋駅ど真ん前の「かのや」です。

I am going to Osaka now.
Before riding Shinkansen bullet train, I stopped by Shinbashi station for eating Japanese soba noodles at standing soba restaurant. I visited the Kanoya restaurant in front of Shinbashi station.
こんな立地にある立ち食いそばなのに、珍しくげそ天そばがあるのでいただきます。
I ordered Gesoten soba noodles. I was happy because usually it seems rare that standing soba restaurant in that location have Gesoten soba noodles.
生麺らしくしっかりした食感、お汁も悪くないです。でも何だか全てが平均点。言いたいこと分かっていただけますかねえ。。。
The noodles have hard texture because of boiling from raw noodles, not pre-boiled noodles. The soup was not bad, but noodles, gesoten and soup, all elements were average level. It was not interesting.
