福井の日本酒、花垣の純米無濾過生原酒を飲みました。
美味しくないわけがないんですが、流通や販売を冷蔵でしなくてはいけないのでコストがかかるのは分かるんですが、もう少し無濾過生原酒って安くならないですかね。銘柄よりよほど味に影響があります。っていうか濾過を「しない」、熱処理を「しない」、加水を「しない」で全部手順を省略してるんだから安くなるんじゃないの??

I am drinking Japanese sake, Hanagaki, brewed in Fukui prefecture. It was bottled without filtering, sterilization and adding water. It is really good.
I understand that Japanese sake without filtering, sterilization and adding water, have to sell for expensive price. Because these kinds of sake need logistics with refrigerator and moreover need to sell in refrigerator in liquor shops.
Again, I understand. But I want to buy these kind of sake, Muroka Nama Genshu, for cheap.
I think the such kind of type, without filtering, sterilization and adding water, are more important than breweries.
牛肉が安く変えたので牛肉と野菜の炒め物。
I was able to buy a package of beef for cheap. I cooked a grilled beef and vegetables.

I found a ramen noodles restaurant named "Yasubee". I wouldn't enter. I am not sure I have written about this Yasubee thing in the past articles.
