丹波ワイン てぐみデラウェア2016

丹波ワイン てぐみ デラウェア2016 京都のワインです。無ろ過で加熱殺菌なしの生ワインで、瓶内二次発酵の炭酸ガス入りです。絶対に美味しいはず。期待に胸が膨らみます。食用葡萄のデラウェアから造られてるので、もっと甘いかと想像してたら意外と辛口で、日本食に合いそうなスパークリングワインでした。

I drank a Japanese white wine, Tanba-wine TEGUMI Delaware 2016. This wine is the white wine including natural soda from yeast. Furthermore the wine is the wine without filtering and heat sterilization. This wine is brewed from Delaware. Delaware is a kind of grapes for eating not for brewing wine. So I imagined this wine is sweet before drinking. However this wine isn't sweeter than I imagined. This wine is very good sparkling wine and might be suitable with Japanese foods.
 

何故か神戸に一番搾りの地方シリーズが沢山揃ってるコンビニがありました。全部買いたかったんですが、さすがに多すぎるので和歌山に乾杯だけを買いました。他との違いは相変わらず分かりませんが美味しい！


I bought a beer, Ichiban-shibori Cheers for Wakayama. I found this beer at a convenience store. This convenience store might focus on sales of alcoholic drink. So  there were many kind of Ichiban-shibori which are limited of local area at the convenience store.  I wanted to buy all of these Ichiban-shibori, but I didn't because there were too kind to buy.
This beer was very good like other local limited Ichiban-shibori beers.
