麦とホップ夏空のホップセッションです。夏の限定品ですね。フルーティーなホップの香りが素晴らしいです。めっちゃ好みです。春の限定品、魅惑のホップセッションよりも更にフルーティーです。こういうホップの香りを生かした新ジャンルを作らせたらサッポロビールは本当に上手いですね！
でもこういうホップの香りって好みですからね（笑）
It is a new seasonal limited beer, Mugi to Hop Hop Session of Summer Sky. It is fantastic beer! It has fresh fruity hop flavor. Very refreshment, I love it. It is more fruity and hoppy than Charming Hop Sesshion. Sapporo Beer is really best brewery company to brew the new categories of beer with quite good hop flavor.
I will also buy it again to store in my storage. If you like hop flavor you should drink it, I think.
もりそばが食べたくて戸隠そばの乾麺を買ってきました。戸隠といえば長野の蕎麦の名産地ですね。乾麺にしては珍しく八割蕎麦です。でもいまいち。蕎麦粉の含有率が高いからって美味しい訳じゃないんですよね（笑）
Yesterday, I want to eat cold Japanese soba noodle, consequently I bought dried Japanese soba noodle made in Togakushi village, Nagano prefecture. Togakushi soba noodle is one of the famous Japanese soba noodle. These noodles contains 80% soba seeds powder. Most of dried soba noodles contains less 50% soba seeds powder. However it was not better than I expected. I understand that high soba seeds powder containing soba noodles are not always better than low containing noodles.
