今日は休みですが、仕事関連の外部研修に参加してました。日本橋の会議室だったんですが、日本橋って近代的な街なんですね。綺麗でした。
I had an external traing for my business in spite of my day off at Nipponbashi Tokyo. It was my first time to visit Nipponbashi. Nipponbashi was very beautiful and modern city.
お昼ご飯はコレド室町のSABARでさば漬け丼を食べました。めっちゃ美味しかったです。途中までそのまま食べて、途中で出汁を入れて出汁茶漬けで食べました。最高です!
I ate Saba-duke-don at SABAR for lunch in COREDO shopping park. It was wonderful! It was good to ate as it is. Furthermore it was also good as dashi-chaduke after putting soup in. It was really wonderful!


研修が終わったら帰りに同じコレド室町にある日本橋玉ゐで穴子寿司を買いました。お昼ご飯を食べたときに見つけて帰りに買って帰ろうって決めてたんですよね。少し高くて850円しました。たまにはいいよね。
After training, I bought an anago-sushi for dinner at Nipponbashi Tamai in COREDO shopping park. When I took lunch, I found this restaurant and I decided to buy this anago-sushi. I felt it looks delicious! But it was little bit expensive, 850 JPY.

穴子寿司には葉わさびが入っていてめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです!先日の高知出張の時に買っておいた司牡丹カップ酒と一緒に食べました。司牡丹は辛口で少し古臭いですが悪くないです。あ~幸せだ~。
I ate this anago-sushi with Japanese sake, Tsukasa-botan that bought at business trip to Kochi prefecture. Anago-sushi with leaf wasabi was really good! And Tsukasa-botan was also pretty good. It was Karakuchi sake with classical tastes. I was quite happy at dinner time.
