Gekkeikan is one of the largest japanese sake brewery.
And Daiginyo premium sake of Gekkeikan is very good.
It has good fruity aroma and mild flavor , light-bodied and clear aftertaste.

個性は乏しいですが、飲み口が軽やかで非常に良いお酒です。
雑味や癖を個性として楽しむのもお酒の楽しみです。
でも飲みやすい大手のお酒はもっと評価されても良いと思うんですけどね。
I like japanese sake and beers of large scale breweries. Because there are generally easy to drink.
