This is a mix spice product "Yakiniku The Punch" sold at KALDI. Have you ever tried that? This has new concept of mix spice different from MAXIMUM or HORINISHI. You prepare Yakiniku sauce from this and lemon juice. My partner love this. I bought it in Tokyo too, finally.

I grilled pork shoulder and onions. Pork shoulder was affordable, 398 yen. Beef is too much expensive to me.

It was so good. I think this mix spice can be used for various recipe of foods. I will buy beef for BBQ and eat with this spice when I find beef at a grocery for affordable price.
