これも結構珍しい干しそばだと思います。山形市の酒井製麺所が作るなめこそばです。なめこが練り込まれています。
I believe that this is a rare dried soba noodle product. Nameko Soba that is produced by Sakai Noodle Factory in Yamagata city, Yamagata prefecture. Nameko is one of the Japanese mushrooms and the characteristic is sticky texture. This soba noodle includes nameko and less than 20% of buckwheat flour.

 
なめこおろしそばを作りました。なめこ+なめこ(笑)
I prepared cold soba noodles with nameko and grated Japanese radish. 

 
まずは蕎麦をそのまま食べます。つるつるしこしこ。なめこ効果でつるつるですがなめこの風味は感じません。
I thought that real nameko hides nameko flavor of the dried soba noodle, therefore I tried the soba noodles as it is. The texture was smooth probably by nameko and crisp. It was not bad.

 
なめこと大根おろしと食べると最高です。これは今年の夏の定番になるかも。めっちゃ美味い。ごちそうさまでした。
I tried soba noodles with nameko and grated Japanese radish. It was so good. I will cook this again in this summer, may be a regular recipe in this summer.

I feel my limits of English skills, recently. Speaking skills and writing skills are not improved at all, and listening skills and reading skills are a little regressed. I have spend time to see foody videos on Youtube, recently. I know it is waste of my time. I have to spend more time to touch on English everyday.
