『ブラッスリーギョラン』羽立シェフがプロデュースした焼肉屋『やきにく 伝次とGYORAN』が、９月25日よりグランドオープン㊗️それに先駆けて、プレスにご招待いただきました🙇♀️ 場所は、窓からはスカイツリーを眺められる好立地❣️ 焼肉のメニューは、 とろける肉質の「ふらの和牛のカルビ」を580円で味わえたり、 シェフの得意とするフランス産のジビエやリードヴォーなども扱っています✨ 「リードヴォー」は、まったりとした味わいにトリュフ塩の上品な芳香が合ってました☺️ 「和牛ユッケフランス風」は、保健所の許可を受けたお肉を扱い、カルパッチョのようなスタイルでいただけました😚 「キムチ4種盛り」は、チャンジャも含まれていて、個人的にはとても嬉しい限りでした😃 「肉味噌タンタン冷麺 ハーフサイズ」は、焼肉屋さんの〆ならではの融合で、勉強になりました♫ そして、食後のデザートに特筆すべきは、 「スカイツリーパフェ」（要事前予約）は、63.4cmもあるのに、通常1800円なんですって‼️この日は、メロンやマンゴープリンやアイスクリームそして、映えるような美しい飴細工で手が込んだ構成でした🤤 プレスでは、単品メニューから堪能させていただきましたが、オープン後は、コースメニューもあるそうです🤓 特に、新鮮牛ホルモン食べ放題コースは、飲み放題90分付きで、新鮮牛ホルモンとご飯食べ放題で4,000円‼️観光スポットなのに5,000円以内で楽しめて良いプランですよね🤩 お肉も大好きなリンリンさん&サラちゃん&ユナちゃん¬suさんと行けて、楽しかったです🤗 #伝次とgyoran #ブラッスリーギョラン #スカイツリー #スカイツリーグルメ #押上グルメ #押上 #東京スカイツリー #焼肉 #ジビエ #新店 #ニューオープン #飲み放題 #食べ放題 #yakiniku #newlyopened #고기집 ……………………………………………………………………………… Owner-chef of "Brasserie Gyoran", Hatachi-san, produced the yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Denji to GYORAN", which opened on September 25th. Prior to that, I was invited on press day. The location is a good location where you can see the Tokyo Skytree from the window. This yakiniku menu is unique. For example "Furano Wagyu beef ribs" for 580 yen. There is also a French Jibie. "Sweet bread" has a mellow taste and an elegant aroma of truffle salt. "Wagyu Yukhoe French style" handles meat licensed by the public health center and served in a carpaccio-like style. I was very happy to also eat spicy "4 kinds of kimchi". "Meat miso tantan cold noodles half size" was nice fusion for yakiniku restaurant and korean. And "Tokyo Skytree Parfait" (advance reservation required) even though it's 63.4 cm, it's usually 1800 yen! This day was an elaborate dessert with melon, mango pudding, ice cream and beautiful amezaiku. At the press, I enjoyed it from the single item menu, but after 9/25, it seems that there is also a course menu. In particular, the all-you-can-eat hormone course includes 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink, and all-you-can-eat hormone and rice is 4,000 yen! It's a good plan even though it's a tourist area. I could enjoy with meat lovers as if travel.
