今日は親戚の葬儀などで、つい遅れてしまったデンタル動画の原稿を編集していました☆
自費診療って、色々と柔軟に表現してきましたが、Dr.大口が来年、アメリカでもし使うとしたら、何かに統一しておいたほうが良いと思います。何がいいかな？
私の聞く限りでは日本語で「自由診療」ということが多いです。
意味は医療機関が自由に診療報酬を決めることが出来る診療報酬で、患者さんからすると自由診療費です。
色々と調べると"Self-pay care fee"のようです。

インプラント治療は自由診療

インプラント治療は、歯科治療としては認められた方法ですが健康保険が適用されません。
Implant treatment is an approved method as dental treatment, but health insurance is not applied.
自由診療費となるので、医療機関は自由に診療報酬を決めることができます。

ブリッジは両隣の歯を削って支えにします。

支えとなった歯は失った分の歯の負担を受けとめるため、いずれは悲鳴をあげます。

歯のお手入れを正しく行っても、なぜか虫歯や歯周病になり、歯が次々と抜けてしまうのは、残った歯に負担がかかり過ぎることが原因です。
