On Mar. 5, the Hokkaido Prefectural Government released that hazardous substances were detected in the soil at the planned site of mega solar power plant being progressed by a Osaka based company near the Kushiro Wetlands in Hokkaido, whose level exceeding legal standards.
It has a policy to issue an investigation order in accordance with the law.
