We're currently on a break, but the other neighborhood association chiefs in the audience were heckling them, with comments like as follows:
"Are you stupid?"
"Stop rambling on."
As chairman, I have warned them twice.
A committee session should be a place for calm discussion, regardless of position or title.
As in a position of neighborhood association chief preising itself on representing the ward's residents, an attitude is especially important.
This incident has made me reconsider how the ward government should support neighborhood associations.
